Yes! This time for real.

After almost a year i decided to revive this blog. The main reason was that i finally got a new server which makes this blog a lot faster than before.

Now why did i leave you guys in the first place? (I doubt anyone still reads this anyways, but if you do, leave a comment! )

Well, on 1.10.2009 i had to leave for the mandatory army service in Germany and by now i extended my duty to 2 years. Meaning i still have a few months left there.

But yeah, i promise to update this blog more often from now on.

Here we go again, time for another rant!

If you are a reader of this blog you probably know my car, it’s old ,there is always something that needs to be fixed and i totally love it.

Anyways, there is this one gearbox mounting bracket that is completely broken and really needs to be replaced. I’d usually do this myself or with the help of my stepdad but this bracket is hard to replace without a welder and a nut splitter tool and especially impossible without some kind of lifting platform. Of course i don’t have any of that (yet).
So because this car repair shop – Schaller Leonberg – was recommended to me by my stepdad and since we get 10% off of the labor costs involved, i thought i’d consult them about the whole problem and have them fix it.

I think it’s time again to post something. Yesterday i passed my A-Level and i am now qualified to go to college. I also got a letter from the German Bundeswehr telling me that on the 1st September this year i am going to join the Luftwaffe, where i am going to get trained as a soldier and later on i will most likely join the logistics department there.
Of course this screamed for celebration and so we did. We had a nice little BBQ evening with Marshmallows, GERMAN SAUSAGE, Beer and smokeables
